Common questions

Managing or cancelling your subscription

Qyra subscriptions are billed through Apple. To view, change, or cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, and select Qyra. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current period.

Restoring a purchase

Using a new device or reinstalled the app? On the subscription screen, tap Already purchased? to restore an active subscription tied to your Apple Account.

Your data and privacy

Qyra uses Apple Health permissions on device and stores the account data needed to sync your logs, subscription, progress, coaching, groups, and deletion requests. You can review exactly what we collect in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account and data

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from inside the app, under Profile → Settings. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you’d rather we handle it, email hello@qyra.health from your account email.

Reporting a bug

Found something broken? Email us with a short description and a screenshot if you can. Bug reports go straight to the people who build Qyra.
